1. Our Service

Handy Haul Junk Removal provides on-site junk removal services. You may submit a quote request through our website, and we will provide an estimate based on the information and photos you provide. A binding price is only established when we confirm a written quote with you directly.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide
• Our minimum base price is $200 for any job
• Final pricing may differ if the actual volume, weight, or materials differ significantly from what was described or shown in photos
• Quotes do not constitute a binding contract until explicitly confirmed by our team

3. SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Handy Junk Removal related to your quote and service. These include verification codes, status updates, scheduling confirmations, and job completion notices.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to authorize removal of the items you submit
• You are responsible for ensuring items do not contain hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, etc.) unless disclosed in advance
• You must provide accurate information about the volume and nature of the items
• You must ensure safe access to the items for our team on the scheduled date

5. Prohibited Items

We do not remove:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or flammable materials
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical or biological waste
• Items that are illegal to dispose of in our operating area

If prohibited items are discovered on-site, we reserve the right to decline removal and may charge a trip fee.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We ask for at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Handy Haul Junk Removal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for damage to property that results from items you have authorized us to remove, or from pre-existing conditions not disclosed before service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
